We have paced the trip to how altitude acclimatization and meals are tasty enough to compensate for the appetite loss some trekkers feel. Highlights include Namchebazar-the capital of Sherpas and Tengpoche monastery located at the highest elevation on the way to Everest Base camp and of course view of Mt.
