This is one of the most extensive and challenging Himalayan explorations we have ever offered. It takes the climber/trekkers through some of the most remote valley and passes in the very highest parts of the Nepal Himalaya. The Rolwaling valley is the most northerly approach to the Khumbu Valley and the Everest region. You leave Kathmandu by vehicle for the trail head at Charikot above Tama Koshi River.
You than trek to the north remote Rolwaling Valley along the southern flanks of Gauri Shankar, long thought to be the
World's highest peak, to the small villages of Beding and Na. Here you will have day or two to acclimatize before acsending the glacier to Tashi Laptsa, the demanding 18,800-foot pass in to the Khumbu Valley. ask for detail itinerary.
